The project kicked off with a huge data dump of all existing assets and probing conversations with Crosstex staff and Crosstex spore-test users (dental assistants, hygienists, distributors, etc.). Karen Norris, Crosstex Director of Marketing Communications, said, “VWM…went above and beyond to schedule the calls for us. As you might imagine, getting a busy hygienist on the phone is not an easy task, and that saved time was invaluable to our team. VWM quickly became a partner and an extension of my marketing team.”
After clearly defining all the functionality and content, we mapped out an 80+ page responsive site. The site required a navigation that would work for the initial launch but also allow for easy expansion in the future.
