Van West Media was excited to work with this group of recognized experts to build a new website showcasing their services, reputation and ability. The new website was designed and created from scratch after discussing the specific needs of Market Alpha and researching other companies competing in the same space. The new website was published in February and was well received from the start. Ongoing marketing campaigns and new content should only help to further the growth of their business and allow them to stand out among their piers.
Quantitative Brokers (QB), an independent, global financial technology company, provider of advanced algorithms and data-driven analytics for clients in Futures and US Cash Treasury markets. QB approached Van West Media to design a new website to help refresh the company’s presence.
This process included competitor analysis and industry trends, multiple design rounds including sitemaps, wire frames, page prototypes, video and graphics. The resulting site helped fully refresh the brands presence with a fresh look and feel reflecting the company’s goals. The site architecture was developed to be search friendly and went into production on the Squarespace platform
We were very excited to work with SONY Legacy’s Music Division on an extensive website redesign for the Johnny Cash Official Website. SONY looked to our design team for guidance in conveying the gravity and impact Cash made in his music, life and legacy. From the start the website required a depth of information and features.
Our approach was to design a site that reflected his larger than life persona, music, and performances. Working closely with SONY and other key decision makers, the design team at VWM overhauled the site architecture. This created the space for an updated design take root. Over multiple design iterations, the style and feel of the website started coming to life.
The final site design conveys the legacy Johnny Cash left behind with his music, his stage presence and his lyrics. The launch of the johnnycash.com site has refreshed his online presence and created new enthusiasm for the brand that is Cash!
It’s not every day you get a chance to build a website for a multi-platinum artist who’s been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. VWM was thrilled to be selected to build a new website for the Prince of Darkness himself – Ozzy Osbourne! The Ozzy.com site was a big undertaking with unique challenges. Ozzy is still touring and creating new songs and albums.
We designed and built a new Ozzy website from the ground-up. Thoughtful analysis went into re-constructing the prior navigation with a careful understanding different roles each section of the website played in communicating and attracting a core Ozzy fanbase. Detailed sitemap work was created to better understand the inter-relationships between various content types.
A complex back-end ‘broadcasting’ functionality was deployed to populate dynamic content across different pages. This allowed for publishing content anywhere within the site that could be distributed to a timeline, ensuring multiple sections were continually up to date – new events, songs, appearances etc.
Van West Media takes pride in being thorough and concise in all the websites we design and build. Our detailed design notes and functionality specifications help provide the programming team with clear guidance in building out the complexities of sites like Ozzy.com. For instance, it was decided early on that a streaming importer feature would be used to pull in data from streaming services. With this feature, every track is treated as a separate piece of content, and each track has a Spotify URI/Apple Music/Deezer URL associated with it. This was just one of many design and development complexities required in this site.
The recent launch of the Ozzy.com site has refreshed his online presence and created new enthusiasm for the brand that is Ozzy, Prince of Darkness!
At Van West Media, we were thrilled to partner again with Golden Door, the world’s premier luxury destination spa, to upgrade their website into a seamless, user-friendly experience. We knew that navigating the website of the #1 destination Spa in the world should be just as effortless as the guests’ experience at the spa, so we set out to re-engineer the site’s underlying architecture.
Leveraging our expertise in UX design, front-end development, and back-end content management, we rebuilt the website from the ground up, with detailed development specs were developed to ensure the presentation looked stunning across all devices/proportions and page-specific content was created and published to help with search visibility. We seamlessly integrated Shopify stores for both the Boutique and Country Store, making it effortless for Golden Door to reach their customers, and showcase hundreds of different product offerings. With these updates, Golden Door’s staff can easily keep their guests informed and engaged, enhancing their overall experience.
We also updated the site’s design to reflect Golden Door’s luxurious and healthful aesthetic. Our team made color changes throughout the site to align with the brand’s identity, and we revamped the navigation to make it easy for guests to fully immerse themselves in the luxurious and rejuvenating experience that the spa offers.
Since launching the new site, Golden Door’s staff has been thrilled with the improvements, and we’re delighted to see a significant increase in web traffic. At Van West Media, we take pride in delivering transformative experiences to our clients, and this project was no exception.

To build a loyal community of DreamGreens brand enthusiasts, the new site design provided for a rich and robust community area highlighting DreamGreens news, new product announcements, recipes, social media posts, and other company information all of which can then be sorted by the user based on category selection. The new site design utilizes large beautiful salad photos and mix of other brand imagery with people enjoying the DreamGreens products.

As designers and manufacturers of high end lighting solutions, FLOS has an array of product lines and architectural lighting systems that are sold to the lighting designer trade. The old architectural site had major usability issues, provided limited technical resources, and was extremely confusing to use. FLOS users typically abandoned the old site or phoned the company to regularly ask questions about the web site’s products and clarify technical issues.
Van West Media was engaged by FLOS to re-architect and re-design the entire site. The new, responsive design is understated and modern while simultaneously retaining the gravitas of the FLOS brand and aligning the new look and feel with the Decorative side of the business which also recently went through a redesign. In addition to UX design and front-end development work, Van West Media has re-imagined the on page view of products while providing useful downloadable data tools, views of instructional videos, and clear easy to read accurate product information for its customers.
